Located on iconic Ocean Drive, Sugar Factory is a South Beach staple. Its bright-white modern facade draws the attention of tourists and celebrity guests like the Kardashians, Hailee Steinfeld, and Nick Cannon. Upbeat music, a lively wait staff, picture-perfect cocktails, and delectable food are just a few reasons why this isn’t your average candy shop.
Sugar’s most famous menu item is the cocktail goblets. Each goblet is 60 ounces of sugary bliss adorned with lollipops and gummies. The drinks are poured over dry ice, creating a cool fog that pours out of the goblet. Try the Lollipop Passion goblet with a mix of melon, coconut, pineapple, and a lollipop garnish.
Don’t have sweet tooth? The Sugar Factory has a wide variety of savory food options like all day breakfast, salads, and burgers. Try for lunch if you can, and order The Big Cheesy “Monster” burger topped with creamy mac & cheese, smoked applewood bacon, and BBQ Sauce. Sit on the patio and you can enjoy the beachfront view.
If you haven’t gotten enough of a sugar-high from the goblet, taste one of the many desserts offered here. There are ten creative ice cream sandwiches, over twenty insane milkshakes, various sundaes and cakes. Try one of their “Insane Milkshakes” like the Nutella Banana Milkshake—a mug covered with chocolate and rainbow sprinkles filled with vanilla ice cream, nutella, chunks of banana, whipped cream, a unicorn lollipop, and candy necklace.
The Sugar Factory is only a five-minute walk from the Blue Moon Hotel.
