Blue Moon Hotel makes every effort to accommodate our guests and offer an exceptional setting for every stay. To that end, we have instituted some important policies that guests should be aware of. Please review the following information before your stay.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a reservation, please notify Blue Moon Hotel by phone (305-673-2262), email, or online.
Late cancellations will be subject to a charge (equivalent to one night's stay and applicable taxes) to the credit card used to secure the reservation. This cancellation policy is subject to change during special events or during promotional-rate periods.
For reservations made via a third party vendor (such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, etc.), guests will need to contact the respective vendor directly to cancel or modify their reservation.
Additional Hotel Policies and Other Information
Guests with disabilities: Blue Moon Hotel is happy to assist guests with unique needs. Please contact our front desk for necessary arrangements.
Parking: Valet parking (with in-and-out privileges) is available at $45 per day, plus applicable taxes. Please allow at least 45 minutes for retrieval of your vehicle.
Business services: Complimentary copy and fax services are available through the front desk. A computer is available for on-site guest use. Usage is reserved for guests 18 years of age or older, or those accompanied by an adult.
Pets: Blue Moon Hotel does not accept pets. Registered service animals are always welcome. Please notify the front desk at time of reservation if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
Smoking: For the health, safety, and comfort of our guests, Blue Moon Hotel is a 100% non-smoking establishment.
Insider tip: South Beach is a very walkable area. It's also easy to arrange for a taxi or rideshare for longer distances. We recommend renting a car only if you absolutely must. Most guests take a taxi or shuttle from Miami International Airport to Miami Beach, which costs a flat fee of $35. Once here, the most popular attractions are only a five to ten-minute walk away, or a ride on the local South Beach Trolley — a 25¢ transit option that conveniently stops just one block west of the hotel, on Washington Avenue, and circles South Beach continuously.
