Get a taste of South Beach Seafood Week with a create-your-own culinary experience. Aspiring chefs will have the opportunity to create four-course meals for hungry and thirsty attendees. Executive Chef of Goya Foods, Fernando Desa will lead the event, helping construct cocktails to pair with each course. Guests receive a gift bag with the purchase of a ticket.

Thursday October 20th: An Evening at Joe’s
South Beach Seafood Week comes back the following night with An Evening at Joe’s. Your ticket reserves a seat in Jessie’s Room at historic local seafood restaurant Joe’s Stone Crab, where celebrities like Al Capone and Frank Sinatra have dined. Enjoy a five-course meal prepared by the restaurant’s culinary leader—Chef Andre Bienvenu—and wine provided by the Jackson Family Winery and their Master Sommelier, Thomas Price. Friday, October 21st: Chef Showdown
Be the judge at The Chef Showdown, where 12 of Miami’s most notable chefs will battle to be crowned the best in different categories like Tuna, Shrimp, and Surf ‘N Turf! Last year’s winners include Dustin Atoigue of the Mondrian, Bernie Matz of Bodega, and Brad Kilgore of Alter. In addition to the seafood competition, there will also be an all new bartender competition, hosted by tequila distiller Herradura. It will feature the top bartenders in South Florida. October 22nd: South Beach Seafood Festival
The last event of the week will highlight the freshest seafood, restaurants and chefs in Miami Beach. The South Beach Seafood Festival will feature top-rated seafood restaurants like Joe’s Stone Crab, Red Fish Grill, and CJ’s Crab Shack. They will prepare over 50 savory dishes like Mahi sliders, oyster shooters, and stone crab for guests to sample. Not only will there be a wide selection of food and drink, the festival will also feature three live music stages, and a chef Demo Stage so you can pick up some tips and tricks from Miami’s top culinary experts.
