This beloved Ocean Drive restaurant is a reliable spot to sample some of the city’s renowned seafood. Our favorite option on the menu is the tuna slider plate, which comes with blackened sushi grade tuna, avocado, arugula salad, lemon herb fraiche and a spicy fire pepper sauce.
Otentic is an eclectic restaurant with French-inspired dishes and a central South Beach location on Washington Avenue. The roasted fish duo offers an enticing combination of salmon and mahi mahi served over rice, ratatouille and a scallion sauce.
This local South Florida sushi chain serves up some of the best raw fish in town. Aside from offering rolls and sashimi options, Sushi Siam also has a list of delectable appetizers. Go for the mussels dynamite, which is a plate of green mussels baked over a mixture of clams, fish and shrimp with a special house mayo.
Cantonese Style Florida Shrimp at Bazi
This hot new restaurant in South Beach is earning a reputation for progressive Asian-fusion cuisine. Our favorite creation from Bazi is a starter named Cantonese-style Florida shrimp, taking some of our prized local crustaceans and coating them in ginger, chives and Shaoxing wine. It’s the best of both worlds.
Our on-property restaurant FIX is one of the best brunch spots in all of South Beach. Indulge in one of its famous (and spicy!) bloody marys with a locally inspired omelet filled with rock shrimp, stone crab and spinach.
